*This Monday September 12th, *meet us at Kaale Kaafi in the city center for
a special evening to kick off our fall classes. For those who registered,
come and meet your new classmates and for anyone, if the weather is good,
you'll be able to enjoy some social dancing on the terrace as well !

   - *Book club : *


Brief reminder on our new book club as announced last week :
We’re very happy to announce that our international guest teacher Viktor
will lead the very first book club in our community! We will read and
discuss together the book « Moving to higher ground » by Wynton Marsalis. *We
will meet on Thursdays, during lunch hours in Luxembourg city*. If you’re
interested, please send us a mail to info at swingdance.lu and we will provide
you with further information within the next couple of days, once we know
how many of you are interested. We also recommend that you order the book
soon as shipping might take some time. We found it for example at Ernster (

If you’re not able to join (all) the book club meetings, this book is still
worth reading ;) and maybe you will be able to come from time to time. In
any case we can have a chat about it at a social or after a class :) and
who knows if there is a big interest we might have a special talk about it
one day or another at a social dancing!
