These sessions will challenge you from multiple angles, diving deep into aspects like style, musicality, technique, and variety.
Through these workshops, they will offer fresh tools and insights to broaden your Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz skills, pushing the boundaries of your dancing potential. The teaching pace and approach to content sharing will be fast.

A Day at the Races
Inspired by the iconic “A Day at the Races” clip (you can check it out here), this class will focus on fast-paced dancing techniques and stylistic elements, blending Lindy Hop and Charleston. The session will emphasize mastering one specific role, allowing dancers to hone their skills in that particular role with speed and precision.
April 13, 2025 – 14:00 to 16:00 in Bonnevoie:
Rhythm Embodiments and Techniques
This class will be split into two parts: one hour of solo dancing and one hour of partnered dancing. Throughout the session, dancers will explore how to comfortably embody and execute new rhythms. Whether you’re looking to perfect your solo rhythms or improve how you connect with a partner to create dynamic rhythmical exchanges, this class will provide invaluable tools for growth. This is an ELEF session.

These workshops are intended for experienced dancers who are ready for a challenge, ensuring the classes provide the most benefit to those ready to push their limits as the teaching pace will be fast and content shared more quickly.
