Swing Dance Luxembourg (hereafter “SDL”) collects and processes your personal data in the framework of your registration to our workshops, courses or weekly newsletter. Without this data it would not be possible to contact you regarding your registration status, changes in class location, date etc..
SDL processes and keeps your personal information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose stated. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data by contacting us by email.
Participants to our events are hereby informed that they are likely to appear on photographs or videos taken at the event. These can be used for publishing in print, digital or social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please alert the organizers and the photographer. If participants wish to take pictures or make a video recording, they should inform the organizers.
